Stephen showed up right on time and worked with me as well as Genie in trying to fix my old opener. In the end , I decided to go with a new Liftmaster belt driven opener. Stephen performed this installation quickly and professionally and then helped with my squeaky garage door. I was very satisfied with the service.

Lisa who helped me schedule the appointment, to Brad installing a new opener. This took place within a 3 hour window (from start to finish). Brad sold me on a new opener (very quite) and installed new safety devices (which my older unit didn't have).

I was impressed by the quick response to my email inquiry, which was sent after 9pm on a Sunday night when I noticed the problem. I received a call that same evening at 10pm to set up an appointment for the following morning.

The technician phoned to let me know that he was 10 minutes away, which was on time with the appointment that I set up.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed within about an hour. He even swept up after.
