We had a full service package done on our garage door. Brad did a great job. He told me the price or the repair and was not pushy to do some preventative service. I would rate a 5. I also like the evening service so I could be home from work and my wife would not have to try and make decisions on the amount of service we wanted.

He explained the entire system to me and pointed out problem areas a previous tech with another firm had missed. He is a real professional and takes pride in his work. When Mike was done my door worked better than it has since I bought my home. I feel like my door is safer now. I'd recommend Mike to anyone who wants it done right.
